Refund requests are reviewed under the Refund Policy, including the 30 days request window, duplicate-charge rules, failed-delivery cases, and exclusions for used digital access.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected package during the period giving rise to the claim.
