Refund Policy
Eligibility rules, review timelines, and the practical process for refund requests.
Refund Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase unless applicable law gives you a longer mandatory right. Include the order email, account username, package name, payment provider, and reason for the request.
Duplicate Charges
Duplicate charges, accidental repeat purchases, or incorrect billing descriptor issues involving DISTORT LEARNING are reviewed promptly when the payment provider records can be matched.
Failed Delivery
If paid access was not delivered, was assigned to the wrong account, or cannot be used because of a platform-side issue, we will investigate and either restore access, provide an equivalent remedy, or approve a refund when appropriate.
Used-Access Exclusions
Because packages provide digital access, discretionary refunds may be denied when the membership, lessons, downloadable resources, or support benefits have already been substantially accessed or used.
Fraud, abuse, account sharing, policy violations, chargeback threats, or attempts to bypass access controls may make an order ineligible for discretionary refunds.
Cancellation
Canceling future renewal prevents the next subscription charge but does not automatically refund prior paid periods. Access may continue until the end of the paid term unless the account is revoked for policy reasons.

Send refund requests to [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge requests within two business days and complete most reviews within five to ten business days, depending on payment-provider response times.
