Limited Non-Transferable Access
Distort Learning grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access purchased academy content for the package duration shown at checkout.
Restrictions
You may not share seats, publish member-only material, resell access, copy the curriculum for commercial reuse, bypass technical restrictions, interfere with platform security, or use automated extraction tools without written permission.
Sharing and Revocation
Access is intended for the purchasing account or approved gift recipient only. We may suspend or revoke access for account sharing, fraud, chargebacks, abuse, or breach of the license terms.
Ownership
All intellectual property remains with Distort Learning or its licensors. Feedback may be used to improve the academy without creating ownership rights in the platform or course materials.
Updates
Packages may receive content updates, corrected resources, new lessons, or removed outdated material. Updates do not guarantee indefinite access beyond the purchased term.
